Installation ​

Prerequisites ​

Make sure your system meets the minimum requirements:

  • ExpressionEngine 7.3+
  • PHP 8.2+ (the minimum of Reinos Store 4.0.0)
  • Reinos Store 4.0.0 or later

For ExpressionEngine 6 and lower the download contains a legacy package in the legacy folder (ee_reinos_store_shipping-v1.8.0.zip).

Installation Instructions ​

  • Make sure the Reinos Store module (4.0.0 or later) is installed, the install stops with an error otherwise
  • Upload the files to the right place (system/user/addons/reinos_store_shipping)
  • Install the module in Add-Ons --> Modules

On install, the module turns on the "Manage Shipping Status" setting of the Store module. See What changes in Reinos Store for everything that changes in Store when the module is installed or uninstalled.

Update instructions ​

  • Backup the Files and the Database
  • Remove all old module files (system/user/addons/reinos_store_shipping)
  • Place the new files in the right folders
  • Update Reinos Store to 4.0.0 or later first, the update stops with an error otherwise
  • Navigate to the module page and trigger the update process, by clicking on the "module update" button

Updating from 1.x? Read Upgrading to 2.0 first.

Updating to 2.0.0? A rule for a country now always wins over a rule for its continent (see How the rule is chosen). Check your rules when a country has a rule of its own next to a continent rule, e.g. give the country rule its own weight tiers.

Updating from a version before 1.7.0? Update to 1.8.0 first (the legacy package in the legacy folder), then to the latest version.
