CP Overview ​

Parcels ​

This is where you can track all your created parcels. You can create, edit, and delete parcels as needed. Each parcel entry includes details such as parcel name, weight, and any associated shipping carriers.

Parcels Detail View ​

When you click on a parcel from the overview, you will be taken to the detail view. Here you can see all the information related to that specific parcel.

If the parcel has been exported to MyParcel, you can create a shipment (export) your order to MyParcel.

Carrier ​

Select the shipping carrier for this parcel. Supported carriers include PostNL, DPD, DHL for You, and UPS.

Package Type ​

Choose the type of packege for this parcel, such as Package, Letter, or Digital Stamp.

Options ​

Select any additional shipping options for this parcel, such as signature on delivery, age verification (18+), insurance, recipient-only delivery, or pickup points.

Rules ​

This is where you can create and manage your Carrier / shippingmethod rules.

Creating a New Rule ​

Name ​

The name of the rule for internal identification.

Country Name ​

The country to which this rule applies. Select from the list of supported countries.

Carrier ​

The shipping carrier for this rule. Supported carriers include PostNL, DPD, DHL for You, and UPS.

Price ​

The shipping price associated with this rule.

Weight From ​

e.g. 10kg would be entered as 10, or 9.5lbs would be entered as 9.5. The weight threshold is the maximum weight that can be shipped to this country for the price above. Enter 0 for no limit.

Settings ​

API Key ​

Enter your MyParcel API key to enable communication between your store and MyParcel services.

Shop ID ​

Your MyParcel Shop ID.

Description on label ​

This description will appear on the shipping label for all parcels exported through this integration.

Hook URL ​

The webhook URL to receive shipment status updates from MyParcel. Copy this URL and add it to your MyParcel account settings to enable automatic status synchronization.

Automatic export ​

Choose if and when orders should be automatically exported to MyParcel. Options include:

  • Do not export automatically
  • Shipment information only: exports all information for creating domestic and foreign shipments.

End Date ​

The end date after which this rule is no longer active. Leave empty for no end date restriction. The rule will automatically deactivate after this date.

Free shipping above ​

Free shipping above the x amount. If 0 is given, it will not calculate free shipping.

disable_shipping param ​

This setting will change the way how disable_shipping="yes" param is working. By default it will remove all shipping cost when one item in the cart has disable_shipping="yes". When setting this setting off, it will calculate only no shipping cost if all items have the param disable_shipping="yes"
