CP Overview

On the CP page you can modify a couple of things.

Settings

Enabled Shipping plugins

Define how you would like the module to calculate your shipping. This can be based on just a country, or bases on a zone (a collection of countries).

disable_shipping param

This setting will change the way how disable_shipping="yes" param is working. By default it will remove all shipping cost when one item in the cart has disable_shipping="yes". When setting this setting off, it will calculate only no shipping cost if all items have the param disable_shipping="yes"

Default country

Set a default country

Allowed Countries

Define a set of countries where you want to ship to.

Countries

Here you can set your Country rules. Define to which country and what the price will be.

Shipping label

Give this country a label to easily recognize it. This will not be shown during checkout if set. Otherwis it fallback to the setting "Shipping Label"

Continents

Select the continent you want to set the shipping cost for.

Country

Select the country you want to set the shipping cost for.

Price

The price for shipping to this country

Weight threshold

e.g. 10kg would be entered as 10, or 9.5lbs would be entered as 9.5. The weight threshold is the maximum weight that can be shipped to this country for the price above. Enter 0 for no limit.

Matching entries

Select the entries that should match (exact match on all). This will be used to match this method during checkout. If you have multiple shipping methods that match, the expensive one will be selected. Please note that we are reading the channels that are defined in the Store Module --> Channel Settings

Note: Be aware that when you have a product with a weight in the cart, we will do a weight check rather than an entry match. This is because we assume that when you have a weight on the product, you want to use the weight based shipping method rather than the entry based shipping method.

Zones

Here you can set your zones. A collection of countries that can have a weight threshold as well. It the same concept as most of the carriers like DHL uses.

Name

The name of the zone

Countries

Select the countries that belong to this zone

Price

The price for shipping to this zone

Weight threshold

e.g. 10kg would be entered as 10, or 9.5lbs would be entered as 9.5. The weight threshold is the maximum weight that can be shipped to this country for the price above. Enter 0 for no limit.

This is where you can track all error logs
