Update from EE2 ​

WARNING

This page is about Wyvern 5.5.1 and older on ExpressionEngine 3, for sites that were updated from ExpressionEngine 2. Wyvern 6 needs ExpressionEngine 7, see Installation.

After updating a site from EE2 to EE3, Wyvern can give PHP errors. To fix them:

  1. Go to https://yourdomain.com/system/index.php?/cp/addons/settings/wyvern/uninstall. This only removes the tables of the add-on, your entries are not changed.
  2. You return to the add-ons overview. Install Wyvern again, like any add-on.
  3. Fill in your license on the settings page of Wyvern (Wyvern 5.6 and older had a license check of its own).
  4. Open every Wyvern field in the field settings and save it again, so its settings are stored in the new format.
